We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PrideOutlet.com. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original condition and packaging. Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage.
Non-returnable items include:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personal care items (e.g., face masks, earrings)
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
2. How to Start a Return
All returns must be authorized before being shipped back to us. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at team@prideoutlet.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Refunds will not be issued for items returned without prior authorization.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
4. Refunds
Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Pride Outlet error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns. We will process the exchange once the original item is received.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
7. International Orders
We accept returns from international customers; however, return shipping and any customs or duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund shipping fees for international orders.
