Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, selected shipping method, and the total weight of your order. We use USPS and UPS terminal rates and include a small handling fee to cover packaging and processing. Your total shipping and handling costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you submit your payment—there are no hidden charges.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
- USPS First Class Mail: 5–7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 3–5 business days
- UPS Ground: 5–7 business days
Please note: delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
PrideOutlet ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
PrideOutlet is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist you in the claim process where possible.
International Shipping Policy
Rates and Delivery
Shipping costs for international orders are based on the total weight of your order and your destination. Rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. PrideOutlet has no control over these fees and is not responsible for any delays or costs due to customs processing.
Customs Compliance
Please check with your country’s import regulations before placing an order. PrideOutlet is not responsible for packages that are rejected, returned, or confiscated by customs or other regulatory authorities. No refunds—including shipping costs—will be issued in such cases.
